You represent that you own or have permission to use all photos uploaded to VideoMENA. You retain full ownership of the final generated video.

2. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from using VideoMENA to create:

  • Explicit, pornographic, or highly offensive material.
  • Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.
  • Deceptive "Deepfakes" or misinformation.
Accounts violating these terms will be banned without refund.

3. No Refunds (Pay-Per-Use)

Due to the high compute costs of AI generation, all $1 single-use and bundle sales are final once the rendering process has begun.
