1. Data Minimization & "Zero-Retention"

At VideoMENA, we operate on a "Privacy-by-Design" principle. We collect only the photos you upload for the sole purpose of generating your video.

• No Training: Your personal photos are NEVER used to train our AI models.
• Auto-Deletion: All uploaded assets and generated previews are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours.

2. Information We Collect

User Assets: Photos uploaded for video creation.
Payment Data: We use Stripe/PayPal for payments. VideoMENA never sees or stores your credit card numbers.
Usage Data: Basic IP and browser info for security and regional pricing logic.

3. Regional Compliance

We comply with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 (PDPL), India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP), and GDPR. You have the right to request immediate deletion of any data by contacting contact@videomena.com.
